1. Who we are

1 Family Plan is a product of Living Savvy LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Florida limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.1familyplan.com (the "Site") or purchase our digital product, and how we handle it.

2. Information we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible. Depending on how you use the Site, this may include:

Contact information you give us. If you email us (for example at hello@1familyplan.com), we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write.
Purchase information. When you buy the product, payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email, billing details, and card information directly. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive a confirmation of the purchase and limited details such as your email and order status so we can deliver the product and provide support.
Optional newsletter sign-up. If you choose to join an email list or request updates, we collect the email address you provide so we can send those messages. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Automatically collected technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view, for security and to understand general Site usage.

Note for review: If you add analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) or an advertising pixel (e.g., Meta Pixel), you must update this section to disclose them and add a cookie-consent banner. As written, this page assumes only essential cookies and basic server logs.

3. The information inside your 1 Family Plan product

This is the most important point: the personal and family information you enter into the 1 Family Plan product is encrypted on your own device using your passcode and is never transmitted to us or stored on our servers. We have no access to it, cannot read it, and cannot recover it if you lose your passcode. That data stays with you.

4. How we use information

We use the limited information we collect to:

Deliver the product and your download or access link;
Provide customer support and respond to your messages;
Process refunds and prevent fraud or abuse;
Send product updates or newsletter emails you have requested;
Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site;
Comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
Our hosting and email providers — to run the Site and send transactional or requested emails.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Living Savvy LLC, our customers, or others.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or similar laws), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing emails. To make a request, email hello@1familyplan.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

7. Data retention & security

We keep the limited personal information we collect only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law (for example, transaction records for accounting and tax purposes). We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Site and product are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site where appropriate.
