How to request a refund
Within 30 days of your purchase, email hello@1familyplan.com from the email address you used to buy, with the word "Refund" in the subject line. Please include your order or receipt details if you have them so we can find your purchase quickly. You don't need to explain why, though we always welcome feedback that helps us improve.
How refunds are processed
Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We'll email you to confirm when it's been processed.
A note on digital products
Because 1 Family Plan is a digital download, you receive it immediately. Our 30-day guarantee applies regardless — even though the Product has been delivered, you may still request a full refund within the 30-day window as described above. After 30 days, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Free future updates
Your purchase includes free future updates to the Product at no additional charge. Updates don't affect your refund window, which is measured from your original purchase date.
