1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Living Savvy LLC ("we," "us," "our"), the company behind 1 Family Plan. By accessing www.1familyplan.com (the "Site") or purchasing or using the 1 Family Plan product (the "Product"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Product.
2. What you're buying
1 Family Plan is a digital, fill-in-the-blank organizing tool that helps you gather and store your family's important information — such as contacts, accounts, documents, insurance, medical details, and final wishes — in one place. It is delivered as an instant digital download, includes English and Spanish, and works offline on your own device.
3. It is not legal, financial, or medical advice
The Product is an organizational tool for personal use only. It is not a will, living trust, power of attorney, legal document, legal advice, financial advice, or medical advice, and it does not create any such document or relationship. It does not replace an attorney, financial advisor, or other professional. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals and for ensuring that any estate, legal, or financial arrangements you make are valid where you live. Living Savvy LLC does not represent the Product as a document that can be used to exercise any legal action.
4. License to use the Product
When you purchase the Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use it for yourself and your household. You may print copies for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, or commercially exploit the Product or its templates, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown on the Site in U.S. dollars and may change at any time; the price in effect at the time of your purchase applies. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charge and represent that you are permitted to use the payment method provided.
6. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the Product isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and Product — including text, design, layout, templates, graphics, and logos — are owned by Living Savvy LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your purchase grants the limited license in Section 4 and does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and Product are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Product will meet every need, be error-free, or be available without interruption. You are responsible for safeguarding your passcode and your own backups; because your information is encrypted on your device, we cannot recover it if you lose your passcode.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Living Savvy LLC and its members, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or Product. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Product will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when. Your continued use of the Site or Product after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
